SPONSORSHIP FORM
During January 2008 I will be doing an amazing trip by BUS from the TOE (Land’s End) to the TOP (John o’Groats). The rules are I must travel only by normal bus services, NO coach or pre-booked services, and as many trips as possible on Stagecoach buses, kind sponsors.
The journey will last around 20 DAYS, include around 100 DIFFERENT BUSES, and total about 140 TRAVELLING HOURS.
I will be raising money for CLIC Sargent, Care for Children with Cancer (Charity No. 1107328) and PedraViva, Children in need mini-bus for Brazil! (Charity No. 1095638), donations to be divided equally between the two charities

Gift Aid it. If you wish to Gift Aid your donation then we can claim an extra 28% back on every sponsorship donation, without it costing you an extra penny.
We, who have given our names and addresses below, and have ticked the Gift Aid box, want the Southwell & Nottingham Diocesan Board of Finance to reclaim tax on behalf of the stated Charities. We understand that each of us must have paid an amount of Income or Capital Tax Gains Tax at least equal to the tax reclaimed by the charity on the donation.
