NOTTINGHAM ARCHDEACONRY VACANCIES
A ‘Methlican’ minister for Rise Park and Bestwood Park - 0.5 stipendiary A ground-breaking appointment. An opportunity has opened up for an Anglican to work as an authorised Methodist minister in a Methodist resourced post. You would be joining a team of lay and clergy working across the whole of the Bestwood estate and village at a time when some significant new missional initiatives are taking place. Rise Park and Bestwood Park is an LEP so ecumenical experience and flexibility will be needed. In addition the person appointed will have a commitment to people, mission and growth and a proven track record in collaborative ministry. 2. Mansfield St Peter & St Paul and Mansfield St Mark
Pioneer Associate Priest / Deanery Adviser on ‘Seeking Justice’ We are seeking an experienced parish priest to work alongside the Vicar and together serve the two parishes of St Peter & St Paul and St Mark in Mansfield town centre; support parochial responsibilities across both churches and specifically with Mansfield St Mark (0.5); to offer expertise and leadership in promoting the agenda for ‘Seeking Justice’ across the Deanery (0.5) to include environmental issues and other aspects of social justice.
