NEWS: Comings & Goings

The Reverend David Kirk Beedon, Rector of St Michael with St Mary and Wall, and Priest-in-Charge of Christ Church, Lichfield Diocese, who is to be Chaplain of HMP Ranby in the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham with effect from 30th January 2012. This appointment is subject to a satisfactory CRB Enhanced Disclosure.

The Revd Colin Rushforth, currently Associate Priest in the parish of St Aidan's New Parks in the Leicester Diocese, to be Priest in Charge of St Stephen with St Matthias Sneinton and St George in the Meadows, in the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham. Licensing 29 February 2012, 7pm at St Stephen’s Sneinton.

The Revd Sue Hemsley Halls to be Vocations Adviser (including Diocesan Director of Ordinands) in the Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham, relinquishing her duties as Chaplain to the Deaf but remaining Vicar of St Mary’s Attenborough. Licensing date to be confirmed.

The Revd Dr Megan Smith, currently curate at St Wilfrid’s Church, Wilford, Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham, to be Vicar of Holy Trinity & The Priory Church of St Anthony and the University of Nottingham Chaplaincy, in the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham. Licensing date to be confirmed.
